MODEL 115 GALLON SKID MOUNTED PATCH KETTLE

This highly productive patch kettle holds more asphalt while still conveniently sized to fit through most doors and commercial elevators for easy roof top delivery. We have insulated this model and equipped it with a tube fired system and a single burner to ensure a consistent temperature throughout the kettle vat. Available with automatic or manual controls. An automatic control system ignites the burner automatically when the asphalt temperature begins to drop. Manual controls require the kettle operator to manually ignite the burner when the contents of the kettle begin to lose heat. Always check fire codes in your area before loading a kettle into an elevator or on a roof.
